Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you we have achieved: 

$120,000 in Scholarships Awarded Since 2019: In 2025, we granted $20,000 in scholarships, empowering students with disabilities to pursue their educational dreams at Texas A&M University.

Our Most Successful Golf Tournament Yet: This year’s tournament brought together many local participants, raising critical funds to support our mission.

Fostering Inclusion: Through awareness campaigns and advocacy, STRIDES has made meaningful progress in creating more inclusive environments for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) at college campuses.

These achievements are only the beginning. With your help, we can build on this momentum in 2026 and beyond too:

Expand Scholarships: Increase financial assistance for more students in need. This includes students attending post-secondary programs at Texas A&M and other universities across the nation.

Enhance Advocacy Efforts: Ensure all families have access to information about inclusive educational opportunities.

Promote Inclusion: Continue working to make college campuses more welcoming for students with IDD.
